This budget hotel is in a great location near several bus stops making it easy to get around. It's situated in the heart of the Watanabedori area and is reasonably close to everything you need. It's also easy to travel to Hakata station or the airport. The room is clean and functional with a comfortable bed and the staff is friendly. There is a nice breakfast, and free umbrella rental is a nice touch. it is convenient that the square in Watanabedori has many shops and restaurants.

Everything is what i need and want.

Great Christmas lights display, convenient location near the train station and shopping street. The staff was nice, but a bit inexperienced.

The room was very small and had an uncomfortable bed and pillows. The air conditioning wasn't working properly and the heater was too loud and kept us up at night.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and a bustling shopping area nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the clean and comfortable room coupled with the reliable Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable.

I did notice that the hotel could use some updates in terms of its facilities. Although the heating system was efficient during the winter weather, the lack of air conditioning posed a bit of a challenge.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, as it was situated midway between the major areas, and it was easy to get to both shopping areas and major destinations. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. We were happy to find that there was ample parking available. Moreover, the staff was polite and courteous, and the breakfast was delicious.
